1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application ("App") provided by AXOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.

2. Service Description and User Accounts

Our Apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Our Apps function completely without the need for user registration or logins. Your access to premium features or saved preferences is tied to your device and your respective Apple ID or Google Play account.

3. In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Certain Apps in our portfolio offer premium features accessible via in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. By opting into a subscription, you agree to the following terms, which comply with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price standard for the subscription tier you selected.
• Cancellation and Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase. Uninstalling the App will not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Because all transactions are processed entirely by Apple or Google, AXOS cannot issue refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google customer support, subject to their respective refund policies.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Advertisements

Some of our Apps, or specific tiers within them, are provided free of charge and are supported by advertising. By using the free versions of these Apps, you agree to the display of advertisements provided by our third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). Ad delivery is subject to your consent preferences as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionalities, and underlying code within the Apps are the exclusive property of AXOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXOS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, completely secure, or continuously available.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AXOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document when changes occur. Your continued use of the Apps following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
